LatAm List – Worcket is a human resources platform that uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to help companies hire faster and more effectively. This Argentine startup recently received $1.5M in Seed funding from NXTP Ventures to grow their technology team and expand into the Spanish market.
This investment is part of a $3M round that Worcket raised from friends and family, as well as NXTP. The platform was founded in 2018 by Gonzalo Agüero, Leandro Boffi, and Nicolás Cirigliano to fully digitalize the hiring process. They now have a team of 30 developers based in Argentina and a sales team in Mexico, where they serve companies like YPF, Banco Macro, Banco Itau, Telmex, and Century Link.
