Globant acquires Exusia to expand AI and data offering

Argentina-based tech solutions provider Globant acquired Exusia, an AI, Cloud, Data engineering, and digital solutions company based in the U.S. Exusia has partnerships with Microsoft Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, Ab Initio, and Google Cloud. Globant also acquired GUT in November 2023.

Founded in 2012 by Trevor Silver, Exusia provides digital solutions to the healthcare, logistics, financial services, and consumer goods industries. Over 80% of its revenue comes from the U.S., with South Africa and India operations. Exusia employs around 400 people across the three countries.
