LatamList – Quantum Talent, a Peruvian HR SaaS platform, raised a $2.5M Series A led by Clout Capital.
Quantum Talent is a recruitment agency platform that uses artificial intelligence to connect companies to potential employees. The platform also helps HR managers simplify the process of recruiting and managing work personnel.
The use of AI technology in recruitment is becoming more common in Latin America as companies look to obtain the best staff with minimal cost. With Quantum’s technology, the recruitment process is up to seven times faster and up to 70% cheaper. For companies, employee rotation is also 50% less.
The Clout Capital investment came as part of the Latam Tech Fund, a $60M fund aimed at innovative technology startups in Latin America. The funding will allow Quantum Talent to continue expanding across the region, specifically in Mexico.
