LatamList – ComunidadFeliz, a Chilean proptech, raised $2M led by Clout Capital to facilitate property management in Latin America. The company currently operates in Mexico, Guatemala, Ecuador, Chile, and Bolivia, and offers services to over 3,000 housing blocks.
ComunidadFeliz is an online property management platform that helps customers to manage rental operations more easily. Services include automated monthly payments and digital invoices to help clients keep track of their finances.
ComunidadFeliz is focusing on developing their technology to improve the user experience and enable more automation features.

ComunidadFeliz are redesigning the property market with their technology, easing the traditional and fragmented processes.
