Brazilian background check startup Exato Digital raised a $3.8M Series A round led by Bradesco and Quartzo Capital. Funses 1, part of Fundo Soberano do Espírito Santo, also participated in the round.
Exato Digital provides background-check software that delivers comprehensive security checks for employees. Exato Digital compiles legal, tax, and financial information on individuals in under 5 minutes, enabling companies to hire with confidence, security, and efficiency.
Founded in 2018, Exato Digital’s customers include Uber, JBS, and Veolia.
Exato Digital will use the funding to support product development and expand its operations in the education, retail, and security industries.
