Karvi raises $3M to launch into Brazil

LatAm ListKarvi, an Argentine car sales platform, raised $3M from seed capital investments and English VC firm Pelham Capital LTD.

Karvi offers clients the best deals on 0km cars and also provides a comparison platform where customers can see offers from their nearest dealers. Through Karvi, customers can save up to 35% compared to traditional dealers.

Karvi has also partnered with Auto Avaliar, an online sales platform for used cars, as it plans to launch into São Paulo, gaining access to the 180 dealerships registered with the Brazilian company. The two companies will combine to create a car sales platform for both new and used cars in Brazil.

“The use of digital platforms for vehicle trade provides more agility and ease, in addition to guaranteeing, above all, greater transparency in transactions between customers, dealers, and tenants,” said JR Caporal, CEO of Auto Avaliar.

Karvi is looking to expand further into Brazil during the second half of 2020.
