Leracom AI, a Mexican AI platform, raised a $1M pre-seed round led by WeBoost. 99 Startups, Ganas Ventures, Semilla Ventures, Blue Zone Ventures, Angel Hub, ALINA VC, and several angel investors also participated in the round.
Founded by Guillermo Treviño Pavón and Julio Barrera Leracom AI is a customer service SaaS platform that combines AI, automation, and human input to enhance customer communications. The platform allows companies to analyze customer conversations and train AI agents to improve automated chat interactions with bots.
Leracom AI will use the funding for further product development and to support regional expansion across Mexico, Colombia, and Chile.
