LatamList – Loft, the Brazilian proptech, announced the acquisition of CredPago, a real estate fintech. The transaction amount was not disclosed.
The transaction is Loftās fifth acquisition, and the Brazilian unicorn now values at $3B following its most recent funding round.
CredPago offers a real estate rental service without the need for a guarantor. The acquisition will enable Loft to expand its client services and offer a wider range of property marketing solutions.

The CredPago platform will merge fully with Loft and the CredPago partners will receive minority shares.
