Zygo Tecnologia is a customer engagement and loyalty platform that helps SMEs grow their customer base through marketing. The platform creates personalized campaigns and loyalty programs to help restaurants generate greater returns on investment in marketing.
Previously known as SumOne, the company received investment from C Ventures and Astella Investimentos. Zygo also launched “Delivery do Bem” in March to support SME restaurants during the COVID-19 pandemic and facilitate online business.
Ricardo Dutra, CEO of PagSeguro, commented that the acquisition “brings us one of the best self-service CRM (customer relationship) software. Combined with our scale, this operation will help us increase our value-added proposal to millions of merchants, helping them to engage their customers and sell more.”
Zygo Tecnologia currently serves over 2,300 restaurants across Brazil with its customer data analytics.
