Rocketbot raises $2M pre-Series A

LatamList – Rocketbot, a SaaS solutions platform, raised $2M pre-Series A funding round led by Grupo Consorcio. Angel Ventures, CompuSoluciones, and VC Manutara Ventures also contributed to the round.

Rocketbot is a cloud based solutions platform for the development of Robotic Process Automation (bots). Client companies can create their own ‘bots’ for their business processes. Rocketbot already serves more than 200 clients across Latin America.

“Rocketbot is predominantly a corporate tool. We aim to become a global leader in the field and build strong partnerships with other leading brands and global and regional businesses,” said Juan Jorge Herrera, CEO of Rocketbot.

The new funding will enable the startup to start regional and worldwide expansion. Rocketbot plans to open offices in Brazil, Europe, and the United States.

“We will also be looking to continue developing our software, improving cybersecurity, and integrating new features similar to our current services in adjacent markets,” the company said in a statement.
