LatamList – VU Security, an Argentine startup, raised a $11.76M (R$60M) Series B funding round. Globant, BID Lab, TelefĆ³nica, Agrega Partners, NXTP Ventures and Bridge One all participated in the round.
VU security provides secure identity verification and fraud prevention technology for companies. The platform incorporates traditional cybersecurity methods with geolocation, biometrics, and machine learning to verify credentials online.
The startup will use the new funding to expand operations globally and to support its official launch into Brazil.
