Jooycar ranked in top 50 most important startups for the future

LatamList – Future50, a global ranking of Insurtechs, named Jooycar, a Chilean car insurtech, among the 50 most important companies that are changing the face of the insurance industry in Latin America.

Jooycar is a digital car insurance platform for individuals and businesses. The platform uses smart technology to monitor car usage, driving habits, and a car’s condition to help companies manage their fleets more effectively. 

The platform has experienced huge success in the region and in the United States after its launch last year and is also currently operating in Chile, Peru, and Mexico.

Future50 ranked Jooycar at number three, the only Chilean company to appear in the top 10 out of insurance companies from across Latin America.

“Insurtechs are generating huge growth and innovation in the industry. They are also redefining the role that insurance companies play in society with technology that monitors driving behaviours and CO2 footprints, and offers a wider range of insurance options,” said Rodrigo Labbé, CEO of Jooycar.
