LatamList – Chazki, a Peruvian logistics platform, closed a $7M Series A funding round led by Talipot Holdings, a private Mexican VC fund. Grupo Falabella, Chile’s main retailer, also contributed to the round.
Chazki is a delivery logistics platform that uses artificial intelligence to facilitate last-mile delivery and logistics management in Latin America. The platform operates in 25 countries across Peru, Argentina, Mexico, and Chile, serving more than 650 associated companies.
With the new funding, Chazki will launch operations in Bogotá, Colombia.
“Colombia is a new challenge and we know that it will be equally successful as our other markets. The launch will help us continue to grow our presence in the region in line with the aims and mission of Chazki,” the startup said in a statement.
The startup previously acquired TodoVa, a Chilean logistics company that facilitated the launch into the country. Chazki is now recognized as one of the largest last-mile delivery platforms in the region.
