The tech giant ranks fourth globally as producer of affordable smartphones and has a wide array of products, like scooters and televisions. However, the company does not yet have an official presence in Peru.
Suspicions of its arrival are connected to job postings on Linkedin that indicate the company is looking for two Sales Managers in Peru. Also in January of 2019, Xiaomi signed an agreement with América Móvil, which is Claro Perú’s parent company.
