Brazilian fintech Zippi raised a $15.9M Credit Rights Investment Fund (FIDC) led by Itaú and Verde Asset.
Zippi offers digital financial solutions for entrepreneurs and small businesses in Brazil. Zippi was founded to broaden access to credit in a market where small firms often face barriers to financing.
The funds will allow Zippi to double its credit offering by the end of 2025. The company will also invest in artificial intelligence to strengthen risk management and personalize services.
Zippi currently serves more than 100,000 active clients. In 2024, it managed $15M in assets and expects to reach $30M in 2025.
